1. Services Provided & Booking System

TravelSVG acts as an online marketplace and booking platform that connects travelers with trusted local operators and vendors in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We facilitate reservations for:

Accommodations: Hotels, villas, and resort stays.
Tours & Excursions: Guided experiences, nature trails, and historical site visits.
Car Rentals: Vehicle rentals, jeeps, and SUV selections.
Cruises & Transfers: Coastal cruises and airport pick-up/drop-off services.
Online Shop: Souvenirs, apparel, and flag merchandise.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features or complete bookings, you may be required to register a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking. TravelSVG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or fraudulent data.

3. Pricing, Payments, & Currency

All prices listed on the site for accommodations, tours, vehicle rentals, and physical goods are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices for services are subject to seasonal adjustments, minimum/maximum stay guidelines, and individual partner policies.
Payments are processed using industry-standard secure encryption. By inputting your credit card or financial credentials, you authorize our secure payment processing systems to charge the designated amounts.

4. Cancellations, Modifications, & Refunds

TravelSVG works closely with a network of local partners, each maintaining individual cancellation parameters.

Tour & Transfer Bookings: Cancellations made by users within the timeframe allowed by the specific tour’s policy may qualify for a partial or full refund, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees.
Accommodations & Vehicle Rentals: These reservations are subject strictly to the custom cancellation policy of the specific hotel or auto rental provider chosen during the booking checkout flow.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the specified date, time, or location for a tour, transfer, or hotel stay without prior written notification will be treated as a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
Operator Cancellations: If a local operator cancels an excursion due to severe weather, safety hazards, or unforeseen operational blocks, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that specific service.

5. Souvenir E-Commerce Orders

Shipping & Processing: Physical merchandise bought from our online shop will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping timelines vary based on the destination.
Returns: Unworn, undamaged apparel or accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

6. Limitation of Liability

TravelSVG acts as an intermediary booking agent. While we vet all handpicked accommodations, tour operators, and rental providers for quality and safety, we do not directly own, manage, or operate these independent local businesses.
TravelSVG shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, accident, or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from the actions, omissions, or defaults of our third-party vendors.
TravelSVG is not liable for failures or disruptions caused by events of Force Majeure, including but not limited to severe tropical weather, volcanic activity, political instability, strikes, or government-mandated travel restrictions.
